Position Responsibility:
Study futuristic technology and industry trends for future network areas, especially in the IP network area, to build the best competitiveness network solution and product Contribute to the strategies and tasks of department, such as technology research, Eco-systems building, customer communication, academia or industry collaboration, etc.
New technology promotion, including dialogue with tier 1 operators, public speech in world-class events, paper publication, industry alliance collaboration, etc.
Position requirements:
Preferably a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, etc., or eventually Master ready to start with a Ph.D. 5+ years of research experience in network areas including but not limited to network algorithms, architecture, and systems, protocols, etc.
With representative research output in network areas. Ability to initiate and develop new ideas and initiatives in collaboration with both external and internal partners.
Excellent Communication skills – Presentation, oral and writing skills. Strong technologies development and collaboration skills. Previous research experience with industries would be a plus.
